ABC (Autism Behavioral Center) primarily supports individuals with Autism, as well as children with learning difficulties and behavioural difficulties. We are proudly the largest ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) centre in Malaysia, with over 40 individual therapy rooms (first and only of its kind); this means your child will be able to work 1:1 in their own room with a trained therapist. ABC is supervised directly by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Ms. Dita Chapman who has been working in the field for over 14 years. Ms. Dita Chapman facilitates ABA trainings, programming and supervision in ABC using the Pennsylvania training and technical assistance network (PaTTAN) technology developed in USA by Dr. Amiris DiPuglia (BCBA) & Mr. Mike Miklos (BCBA). Through support from Ms. Dita Chapman, ABC follows the PaTTAN's training model, protocols, and procedures while ensuring high integrity and social validity.

We are currently hiring for the ABA therapist cum Shadow aide positions in ABC.

Criteria:

1. Able to start training on 3 May 2021

2. Degree or Masters holder in Psychology/Education/Special Needs/Medicine

3. Physically & Mentally fit

4. Loves working with children

5. Passionate, team player, able to work under pressure and is a quick learner

6. Owns own mode of transportation

7. Excellent command of written and spoken English

8. Able to commit to a minimum of ONE YEAR
