Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Marketing and Student Enrolment
- Develop strategies to increase the enrolment and retention of students at the branch
- Attend prospective parents' inquiries and arrange for school tours
- Execute effective marketing and branding strategies through social medial to increase brand awareness and student enrolments
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through effective communication strategies.
- Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and lead the team to achieve all performance indicators
2) Leadership and Human Resource Management
- Provide leadership to ensure that the highest quality standards are consistently maintained in the execution of Baby Atelier's curriculum
- Coach and train educators, supporting them to appropriately monitor, assess, document, evaluate every child's learning and development.
- Arrange and monitor attendance, performance, and punctuality of all the educators in the branch
- Create and lead all educators towards a high-performance culture
3) Centre Operations
- Responsible for the overall branch operations including branch administration
- Ensure that the school facilities are clean and well-maintained, upholding Baby Atelier's safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure compliance by parents and students to all the standard operating procedures especially infection control and sickness management
- Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the school facilities
