入职条件

·       应试者应具备至少STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U / 文凭和学士以上的学历。

·       愿意轮班及假日、公共假期值班者

·       具备优秀的沟通社交能力、解决问题能力、决策和战略规划能力

·       熟知电脑文书处理如：Excel, Word, Outlook 和Power point

• General Manager成熟和有上进心

·       流利中英文沟通能力和良好的中英文书写能力

·       强大的领导才能

·       注重细节

·       有相关工作经验至少三年者

工作项目与内容

·       监督日常业务运营。

·       制定和实施改良策略不断改进并提供优质的服务。

·       协助提高公司收入。

·       与客户、员工、公关公司或相关单位树立正面形象。

·       通过招募、计划、监控和培训来提高业务效率。

·       协助员工及团队达成设定的目标。

·       强调团队成员的合作并促进有效的沟通。

·       分析员工、业务表现并提高生产效率。

·       雇佣，终止或分配职责于各部门及安排人力资源。

·       监督与安排员工的工作时间表。

·       向高层主管报告。

Requirements:

·       Candidate must possess at least STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U / Diploma or Degree in any field.

·       Must be willing to work in shift, weekend & public holidays.

·       Required Skill(s): Excellent communication, social skills, problem solving skills, decision making & strategic planning skills.

·       Computer proficiency to include Excel, Word, Outlook and company software system

·       Maturity and self-motivated.

·       Fluent in Mandarin & English Speaking, good written skills in both.

·       Strong Leadership qualities.

·       Meticulous attention to detail.

·       At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Overseeing daily business operations.

·       Developing and implementing growth strategies.

·       Improving revenue.

·       Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; and enforcing ethical business practices.

·       Increases business effectiveness by recruiting, planning, monitoring and training.

·       Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

·       Evaluating performance and productivity.

·       Hires, terminates and reassign department, division or site heads, as well as supervisors and other human resources.

·       Supervise employees’ work hours & roster.

·       Reports to top-level executives, such as Director.

A 6-stars confinement/ postnatal care centre in Malaysia.We work closely in technical cooperation with the pioneer of postpartum care to introduce a Traditional and Scientific approach in our center. Our team consists of Medical Consultants, Pediatricians, Gynecology, Chinese Medical Practitioners, Nutritionists, Certified Postnatal Consultant, Infant Massage Instructors, Lactation Consultants and Trained Nurses.
