Your Role Would Include:

• Able to communicate, maintain good rapport and give good customer service experience to parents/customers.
• Manage and lead the operation of centre.
• Motivate the team and working closely with management to build a strong company culture.

The Ideal Candidates Should Have:

• Possess a Degree in any disciplines.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience. Those with working experience in customer service, PR, mass communication or hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
• Good leadership skill and work with minimum supervision.
• Effective communication skills. Able to build strong rapport with parents and staffs.
