Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic team that is providing and supporting major clients’ training and development programme. These programmes are series of learning journeys over a period of 6-12 months using state of art learning experience platform with blended learning methodologies including virtual and digital learning and online business simulations.

3 main roles & responsibilities

1.      Supporting learners’ learning journey in ensuring they are engaged, able to fully capitalize on the learning management system effectively, actively involve in social learning activities and participate fully in all live training and group coaching. These may also include

a.      Sending reminders and responding to queries and comments.

b.      Monitors, moderates and encourage learners’ discussion on Buzz (social learning platform)

c.      Addresses any concerns raised in Buzz and highlight to stakeholders.

2.      Providing great customer service support for our clients in fulfilling their needs and supporting their initiative in ensuring their employees have great experience in their learning journey. These may include

a.      All communication plans required to ensure information is accurately disseminated to learners.

b.      Regular update on learner’s progress and highlight any challenges or issues which arises so that these issues can be resolved

3.      To be able to quickly learn the learning management system, and provide first level application support which include

a.      Creating learning modules for the learners’

b.      Monitor progress (such as activation or completion of modules)

c.      Supporting facilitators and coaches during the live facilitation training sessions
