Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
v Conduct onsite behavioural change training programs for public, including:
· Science of Getting Rich – Business
· Science of Getting Rich – Relationship
· Science of Getting Rich – Premium
· Whisper of the Universe
· Power of the Universe
· Life Dynamics
v Provide SWET customers through private coaching, including:
· Success Coaching Program
· Success Coaching Program – Express
· Business Advisory Services
v Analyse, design, and conduct onsite training programs for corporations, including:
· Leadership
· Behavioural Change
· Goal Setting and Goal Achieving
· Personality Analysis
v Assist in conducting other onsite training programs for public, including:
· Up Your Image Quotient (UYIQ)
· InterImage (II)
· Power Up Your Image Brand (PYB)
v Analyse market needs and provide feedback to top management for new training programs or improve existing training programs, including but not limited to:
· Public training programs
· Corporate training programs
· Private coaching programs
v Event management for above training programs, including:
· Appointing a qualified and experienced crew leader to assist you in managing your team
· Brief crew leader of the flow of the program to ensure maximum effectiveness, efficiency, and high morale.
- Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- At least 20 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Leadership, Demonstrate when teaching, monitor development in field expertise, training subjects expertise, apply teaching strategies, prepare lesson content, coach employees and trainers, give constructive feedback, carry out event management, evaluate training
- Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
