Job Description
Mandarin Speaker is preferable!!
- Meeting weekly Sales targets, as set by the Regional sales manager
- Managing your agenda ensuring that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out on time
- Acting as a liaison between Students and the Service Team
- Dealing with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to the Student’s satisfaction
- Keeping abreast of all new products or changes related to the courses
- Attending any training sessions assigned to you as part of your learning
- Holding regular reviews with current Students assuring they are satisfied with their course
- Holding systematic First Lesson, First Encounter, End of Level and centre event
- Ensuring contracts are processed in a correct and timely manner
- Compiling data, statistics and making accurate Sales forecast
- Participating in marketing activities for your Centre, including trade fairs, prospecting, promotion-stands etc
Job requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business or similar
- Understanding of core Sales principles: Sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniques
- Good level of English. Able to speak Mandarin and Malay
- Direct Sales and telesales experience is preferred
