Job Description
- To plan and develop IDI / IDT training for dealer to manage self training to speed up training penetration.
- To plan and launch Dealer Quality Check Audit (On-Site Deep Analysis) to gauge training effectiveness.
- Coordinate the operation and management of GR / BP / New Model training and activities in all 3 training locations to improve communication for absolute solution.
- To implement and execute annual training action plan.
- To review training operation and management, training facility and equipment management by rotating Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle for optimum result.
- To plan and review budget for maximizing training operation needs (GR).
- To conduct HQSP DT, New Model / New Technology, IDT training to nationwide dealers.
- To manage and despatch the issuance of HQSP certification to qualify technicians upon successful completion of HQSP training att ended.
- To implement and execute HQSP annual renewal test in order to validate the HQSP qualified technician.
- To make periodic maintenance of training laptops, training tools and equipment, and HDS software update.
- To make data analysis on current market issue, review training needs (TNA) and execute suitable training courses for technician’s skill improvement (Source: Online DCSI, CUSCOM, Techline Data).
- To execute Self Reliance License Renewal (GR) by provide and review training plan delivery, analyse market issue, new Ki training action plan, junior instructor development.
- To review instructors’ TNA and plan to execute GR skill continuity plan through instructors’ development (technical & non technical).
- To execute National/Regional Technician Skill Contest.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent; any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Adaptability and strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
