Job Description

• Plan, organize, and execute training logistics to ensure smooth operation at Kossan Training Centre (KTC), activities include classroom booking, refreshment arrangement, and preparation of training materials. Responsible to upkeep facilities at KTC. 

• Learn and master HRMS systems (I-Net) to handle Training Need Analysis (TNA), Training Development Management System (TDMS), and Learning Management System (eLearning). 

• Generate monthly training report with high accuracy. 

• To perform HRDF related matters such as grant application, claim submission, and update the summary report. (guidance will be provided)

• Mastering multimedia software to build interesting eLearning content. 

• Assist to facilitate and deliver simple training activities. 

Job Requirements:

• Preferable Degree holders in Business Administration / HR/ Multimedia / Psychology.

• 1-2 years working experience in related field (Fresh graduates with positive mindset are welcome).

• Able to speak and write in good Bahasa Malaysia / English.

• Fast learner to research and learn new software.

• Strong analytical skills and good with data/statistics.

• Must have Skills: MS Power Point, Excel, Words. 

• Good to have Skills: basic image/video editing.

• Have the intention of becoming a corporate trainer (Will be coached and developed).
