- To participate actively in research and related scholarly activities & secure research grants
- To achieve specified set of research outcomes in terms of publications, conference proceedings etc.
- To supervise lecturers under the faculty
- To engage in the preparation of ISO and MQA documents for the relevant modules
- To assist in the development of learning materials, schemes of work as well as monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
- Responsible for self-improvement to improve academic standards as enshrined in the framework and requirements of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
- Any other administrative duties as required from time to time by the CEO
- Smart College is seeking passionate, dedicated and qualified lecturers in the following areas:
- Law
- Forensic Science
- Criminology & Sociology
- Occupational Safety & Health (OSH)
- Investigation
- Retail Management
- Banking & Accounting
- Digital Marketing
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Master's/PHD , Criminology, Forensic, Investigation, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety, English, Accounting, Retail Management, Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
