Job Description
Your roles:-
- To lead and promote early childhood education [ preschool] and humanistic [ Parents Child Center, Talent Education Class, Humanities Lecture, etc] ;
- To plan , review , amend or develop of in house curriculum
- To guide, review and evaluate the academic work of teachers to ensure that standards are consistently met;
- To ensure smooth run of daily operation;
- To ensure manpower able to support operation
- To plan and monitor budget in line with foundation objectives;
- To review marketing and branding strategies in line foundation planning
- To plan , review , amend or develop division SOP
- To conduct evaluation customers satisfaction survey to ensure continuous development and progress
- To build rapport with the education sector and relevant parties
- To plan and review staff development and career advancement program
- Undertaking any new project from time to time
Job requirements:
- At least Degree in Education / ECE
- At least 5 years related hand on experience
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to give speeches on multi occasions
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
