Job Description
- HRHandle monthly payroll processing.
Ensure accuracy and timely payroll processing each month.
Updating and maintaining staff movement payroll records.
Checking and monitoring employee's time attendance.
Checking and updating employee's leave records.
Prepare employee's HR related letters.
Assist to prepare Expatriate documents.
Deal with HR related Government Bodies.
- ADMINPurchase office pantry and cleaning items.
Deal with agents and landlords on employee's apartments.
Updating and recording of employee's apartments.
Handle expiration and renewal of company licenses and tenancy agreements.
Liaise with Office Building Management.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.To perform Human and Administrative scope
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Computer literate, Mature, self-motivated, proactive and ability to work independently.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Administrative skill, communication skills and able to handle multi tasks.
- Full-Time positions available.
