Job Description
Requirements:
- Malaysian
- Proven working experience as a kindergarten principal
- Early childhood education or equivalent
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
Job responsibilities:
- Uphold our educational policies and integrate the common core government guidelines into each class curriculum
- Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals
- Develop programs that improve teacher performance and assist students in understanding class material better
- Assess students performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis.
- Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate update. Respond immediately to concerns from parents.
- Teach classes and provide extra assistance to daycare children.
- Ability to organize year end concert
