Job Responsibilities
The role of Learning and Development Business Partner consults and supports the business to identify and deliver on critical capability development requirements to build individual, team and business capabilities in order to improve employee work quality & engagement and impact business performance.
The primary responsibility of the role of Learning and Development Business Partner is to act as a dedicated facilitator to deliver inductions & training development programs and an effective performance consultant/ business partner to the business unit (BU) leaders, to assess critical capability requirements, deploy and deliver cost effective and measurable interventions that will assist in facilitating the achievement of the business’ financial, operational and people objectives.
Key Areas of Focus are :
- Relationship Management & business partnering
- Facilitation / training delivery
- Training needs analysis (TNA) ,
- Training content design
- Performance consulting
Skills and knowledge
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Facilitator with proven track record in team/ group facilitation
- Knowledge of adult learning and blended learning methodology, including digital learning approach
- Instructional design / training content development (ADDIE model / 6D approach)
- Internal consulting and problem solving skills
- Quality documentation of learning measures and evaluation tools for reporting
- Experience in an Organisation Development / Learning and Development environment and conducting training needs analysis (TNA)
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with good command in English language
- Experience in delivering presentations, facilitating workshops and coaching team members and front line managers
- Strong business partnering approach with HR & business colleagues.
- Anticipates business capability needs and solving them through interventions
- Experience working collaboratively as a cross divisional team implementing joint initiatives.
- 1 year renewable contract subject to performance
