Job Description
Responsibilities
- To identify training and development needs and training gaps within an organization in a close cooperation with the stakeholders.
- To provide inputs to the training strategy and development of specific training development plans and framework.
- To plan and execute high potential development program.
- Prepare training manuals and handouts for employees.
- Plans training courses and sessions and communicate to employees on the planned sessions.
- Plan, manage and monitors the assigned training budget.
- Oversees the quality of delivered training session by internal and external trainers.
- Ensure the statutory training requirements are met.
- Evaluate training and development programs.
- Keep up to date with development in training by reading relevant journal, going to meeting and attending relevant course.
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
- Manage the training administration and documentation via HRMS-training.
- Preparation of Training Report.
- To ensure all training end to end function is well coordinated and communicated.
- To support all key development initiatives proposed by the management.
- Coordinate the induction training for new employees.
- Policy keeper for training administrative guides
- To continuously review, recommend, implement good talent/ HR practices.
- To identify training and development needs and training gaps within an organization in a close cooperation with the stakeholders.
- To provide inputs to the training strategy and the development of specific training development plans and framework.
- To accelerate online learning platform and cultivate learning culture - Linkedin Learning and GetAbstract.
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in any equivalent background.
- More than 6 years of working experience in related/similar functions
- Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel (i.e. internal and external customers) effectively
- Goal-driven and objective-oriented, highly motivated and strong teamwork among colleagues
- Strong analytical, time management, prioritization and organizational skills
