Job Description

DISTED College is looking for Full Time Lecturer in below specializations:

• Mathematics (Further Mathematics)

• Chemistry

• Biology

• Physics

Responsibilities:

• Teaching, coordinate & develop learning materials in the areas assigned by Head of School.

• Development of research & produce publications in related areas.

• Assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student     progress, achievement and attendance.

• To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.

• To act as academic advisor to students & supervise students in projects and field works.

Requirements:

• Applicant should possess at least a Bachelor Degree in the related field.

• Candidate with exposure in teaching Cambridge A-Level and South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE International) programme will have a strong advantage.

• At least 2 years of teaching experiences in an institution of higher learning. 

• High level of oral and written competency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Ability to remain abreast of the emerging methodologies in the classroom teaching.

• Ability to work in a team.
