Job Description
  • Coordinate and administer the teaching of subjects, which includes participating in the College’s formal procedures of evaluating teaching and course delivery
  • To set assessments, mark students work including examinations and provide constructive feedback of the students.
  • To design, develop and deliver the assigned module efficiently and effectively.
  • To ensure the module design and delivery comply with the quality standards and regulations.
  • To ensure module delivery and assessment are in accordance to program specification and module specification.
  • To review module content and teaching materials on a regular basis, updating when required.
  • Conduct course reviews to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Perform relevant administrative tasks as and when required.
  • Involve in major public exhibitions, open days and road shows when required.
  • To comply with procedures, policies and timelines.
  • To act as Invigilator/ Chief Invigilator, Moderator, Mentor, Assessment Committee Member (if required).
  • To contribute to the maintenance of good working relationship with partner university.
  • Responsible for effective planning, implementation and evaluation of student performance.
Requirements
  • Candidates MUST possess Degree in Real Estate Management and any other Masters / PhD. **Only candidates with Degree in Real Estate Management qualification will be process** 
  • It will be added advantage for candidates who possess Registered Valuers (Real Estate) // (Sr.)
  • Experience: Teaching / Industrial: 3 years (Required)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Three (3) Full-Time position(s) available.
