Job Description

Areas of specialisation :

·       Recreational Tourism

·       Geography of Travel and Tourism

·       Retail Travel Operations

·       Amadeus/ ticketing systems

·       Tourism Policy, Planning and Development

·       Tourism Sustainability

·       Event Management

General Requirements:

·       Candidates must possess a minimum of a Master's qualification or Doctorate (PhD or DBA) in their areas of expertise

·       Undertake teaching and teaching related duties, research and scholarly activities

·       Experience working in higher education environment including effective use of IT technologies in the facilitation of teaching and learning

·       Candidates with industry experience will have added advantage

·       Good presentation skills with strong command in written and spoken English

·       Pleasant and mature personality
