Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the school operations team and the activities across the school, including supplies procurement, building maintenance, facilities, events renovations and asset management.
• Responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the campus including management and administration of security, cafeteria, library, laboratory, and health centre.
• Responsible for the logistics of school-wide events including field trips, permits, school calendar and etc.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance of buildings and ground.
• Establish and maintain school health and safety protocols.
• Ensuring that all safety and risk management procedures are followed and that the facility is closely monitored.
• Develop and implementation of operational policies, procedures and processes.
• Responsible for budget monitoring and management, with input into budget development.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:
• Minimum degree in any discipline with minimum of five (5) year working experience in related field.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to implement changes where necessary.
• Must be very flexible, responsible, well organized, solid problem solving skills, work well under pressure and able to handle hectic work schedule.
• Previous experience working in an education related environment
• Proven track record in similar roles in managing organizations, operations and people.
