Job Description
The Regional Engagement Manager plays an instrumental role in transforming customer engagement experience for Dell Technologies Education Services. Help maximize return on customers’ investment in learning and development opportunities by becoming an expert advisor on redeeming purchased training.
Redemption campaign planning and execution
- Manage a backlog of purchased training within the Asia, Pacific and Japan region, with the goal of having customers consuming purchases before they expire and in support of their business goals
- Collaborate with internal Organizations like, Sales, Scheduling and others to increase the rate of training redemption through campaigns defined by course topic, geography, and delivery modality
- Develop expertise on all types of education purchase and redemption options and associated processes and business rules.
- Enforce business policies and guidelines while providing a level of flexibility to customers through exchanges and conversion program
- Engage directly with Dell Technologies Sales and customers to assist with course registration
- Capture and monitor redemption activity details and trends. Provide business insights to influence the decisions made by
- Education Services leaders. Key insights include, but are not limited to:
- Training Credit redemption rate, from point of purchase to point of expiration
- Packages and Subscription activation rates
- Forecast redemption rate based on trends
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (another language is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools is a plus (e.g. Domo)
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and training industry is a plus
- Experience interfacing with customers and Sales, for example sales support, inside sales, customer support
- Some experience in cross-functional project management experience in IT / high tech industry
