Job Description
- To teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses delivered by the Department and, as required, to teach on associated programmes offered by the university
- To supervise student projects and assist them in understanding assignment requirements
- Design and execute formative and summative assessment including marking that is aligned with student learning outcomes
- Provide feedback to students on their learning through student consultations
- Conduct research in areas as per discussion with Dean/Head of Department
- Publish papers and present papers at local and international conferences
- Other duties within the Department and University as required

Requirements
- Candidates with doctorate degree in marketing or a cognate discipline preferred; master degree in marketing will be considered
- Candidates have at least 5 years of teaching experience in higher education environment with expertise in marketing field
- Record of successful supervision of postgraduate research students will be an added advantage
- A strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling contributions to teaching programmes.
- Evidence of outstanding record of research publications in highly referred international journal publishers
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with students and staff from a diverse range of backgrounds
- Able to undertake duties at different University campuses as required
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
