As a Training and Admin Assistant, you will be playing an important role to provide strong support to the Training Department, performing administrative & coordination tasks relating to Beauty Consultants training and assisting with the general office administrative duties.
Handling documentation, inventory & coordination for Training Department:
· Handling administrative tasks for training department.
· Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings and travel arrangement.
· Prepare reports and conduct research for training.
· Create presentations and videos.
· Coordinate uniforms arrangement for Beauty Consultants.
Office administrative duties:
· Coordinate general office administrative tasks
· Maintain and order office supplies
· Manage communications including phone calls and e-mails.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Multi-lingual preferred
· Good interpersonal skills
· Digital savvy (Eg. edit photos & videos)
· Good time management skills, ability to multi-task
· Have a good adaptability & a team player
