General Job Description
Responsible to carry out training and development functions, develop employee competency framework and assessment plans, employee development and education program, and to support performance management activities.
Job Description :
· To carry out training and development functions and to support performance management activities.
· Responsible to identify, plan, organize and coordinate suitable quality and effective training programs/courses to meet Company's requirement.
· Conduct training need analysis (TNA) and confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.
· Design/ develop, implement, maintains and monitor competency-based training to support production’s key performance goals and management program.
· Responsible to coordinate and sustain education program for employees.
· Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and provides recommendation to reporting manager
· Liaise with relevant functional /departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs to staff training and development to ensure they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements
· Monitor and liaise with the respective department for training evaluation/effectiveness assessment.
· Develop training material and conduct HR related training for employees Induction, Communication series, etc.
· Manage and facilitate HRDF application and reimbursement of training program.
Requirements :
· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development, Business Administration or equivalent.
· Have a minimum of 3 years experience in training and development related functions
· Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
· Multi tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Possess good organizational planning and facilitating skills.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Analytical, independent and resourceful.
· Self-motivated, team player with positive attitude.
· Knowledge in Quality System (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO45001), HRDF, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standard, SPSS will be an added advantage.
