底薪（RM2000) + 佣金 高达 RM8000
工作职责：

• 成为分店店长
• 根据公司的经营特点实施销售策略。坚持实践公司愿景：成为可以信赖的全球教育品牌，引领他人实现梦想。
• 开发新顾客群
• 积极经营公司社交媒体平台与进行电话营销以开发新客户。
• 提供优质的客户服务
• 持续地与现有的家长们保持良好的业务关系。
• 语言中心的日常工作
• 带领团队完成个人和团队的销售目标，并维持语言中心的正常运作。

• 工作时间 : Tue-Thu 1330 - 2200, Fri 09330 - 2200, Sat 0830 - 2100
• 工作地点： 寻找数位店长分别驻扎在 福林园，新山市，Skudai 等

Requirements

• Discipline, self-motivated and independent
• Mus have basic computer literate
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to liaise with associates
• Sales / Teaching / Psychology experience preferred but not essential
• Must have own transport as the training location is different from the working location.
• Working Hour (Southen Region): Tue-Thu 1330 - 2200, Fri 09330 - 2200, Sat 0830 - 2100

Responsibility

• In charge of opening up new markets, recruit new students.
• Provide excellent service to potential and existing customers
• Lead the team to achieve individual Sales Targets and contribute towards Group Sales targets.
• In charge of the centre tidiness, cleanliness and upkeep the facility.
• Assist and support in all marketing events
• Assist in building up Company branding: To Change one's life through us.

Company Overview

KLC Education Group was established in 2009 at Taman Molek. 

With the mission of changing one's life through us, we have now grown into a strong presence in Johor Bahru. Today,KLC not only operate one of the biggest kindergarten in Taman Molek, we have expanded our business to Language Centre. There are now 17 KLC centres, which specialize in teaching reading program to young learners. The KLC centres are located at Taman Molek, Setia Tropika, Bandar Seri Alam, Bukit Indah, Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Mutiara Mas, Johor Bahru Town, Paradigm Mall JB, Desa Tebrau, Kulai, Taman Daya, Dato Onn, Desa Cemerlang, Permas Jaya, Sri Petaling(KL), Puchong (Selangor) and Mentakab (Pahang).

In March 2016, Kidsplanet was awarded the Franchisor License by Ministry of Domestic Trade, KPNDKK.
