Job Description
Responsibilities
- Teach, mentor and guide nursing staff by impartating professional healthcare knowledge and skills
- Anticipate learning opportunities and areas for improvements
- Demonstrating Accountability for Training Plans/Activities for the hospital
- Assess the progress of learning activities and work on improvement plans
- Champion mentorship programs
Requirements
- Preferably Degree in Nursing
- State Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of clinical skills
- Experienced in hospital and/or medical based facilities
- Possess at least one post basic qualification
- Possess valid Annual Practicing Certificate
- Course/Program on Clinical Teaching methodology will be an added advantage
