Job Description
- To recruit students for the college and ensure the student numbers are met as per target set.
- To participate and execute marketing plans and strategies on student recruitment.
- To promote programmes/courses offered by the college in various student enrolment activities such as education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, school events, etc.
- To support all sales activities - programme enquiries, live chats, and data entry.
- To plan, execute and monitor sales and marketing activities.
- To service agents who sending students to the college.
- To compile data list from education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, school events, etc.
- Assist in course inquiries by students/parents and provide detail information such as course outline, fee structure and career pathway.
- To attend to walk-in, call-in, write-in and email-in inquiries.
- To execute other Marketing Department’s activities as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager from time to time.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience of customer service and sales experience within an educational environment would be highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team required
- Possess own car and able to travels to various locations and ongoing outreach activities to recruit new students
- Proficiency with computers required, especially Microsoft Office
- Strong presentation and Public Speaking Skills

Early 1980s, Reliance Training Center was setup to train Tour Guides for Reliance Travel. By the mid 1980s, the students population outgrew the training center. Reliance College was then formed in 1987 to serve the enlarge student population.

In 2013, Reliance College expanded out its reach to courses in Business Management, Accounting, Mass Communication and Event Management. The college continues to believe the that the Tourism and Hospitality Industry is growing at an event faster pace as the world population increases and there’s a need to sustain the work for for this quick growing industry.
