The incumbent will manage the faculty and academic departments and ensure the smooth running of the departments and the effective utilization of resources.

Skills/requirements

• At least 3 years’ working experience in managerial capacity
• Possess at least a master’s degree in any field
• Ability to work with staff assigned in the department and communicate with other departmental heads efficiently, and with students
• Meticulous, with clear leadership skills to implement and monitor work
• Familiar and thorough with quality documents
• Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Able to plan and make strategic scheduling
• Experienced in handling academic matters  and disciplinary matters
