Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lecture Business Analytics at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels with prescribed curriculum.
- Updating curriculum to meet changing needs to meet expected outcomes as part of academic responsibility.
- Provide useful teaching materials (notes, lab manuals, slides) for student learning.
- Supervise and assess students’ assignments and lab activities, and compile exam materials.
- Engage in Research and Development of Data Analytics including research publication, and engaging with industry.
- Guide and mentor students who wish to obtain Professional Certification in Data Analyst (Foundation Level).
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess a Degree in Computer Science or IT, or Statistics, or Business IT (Masters preferred) from a recognized university with at least 2 years teaching experience in Business Analytics and related disciplines.
- Highly skilled and conversant in the use of Excel, SQL, and Python.
- A qualification or certification in Data Science or Data Analyst will be an added advantage.
- Part-time arrangement will also be considered.
