Job Description

A well renowned Global School is looking to hire a Vice Principal to be based in Selangor.

Your new company
This prestigious Global School based in Selangor require a hands-on, Vice Principal to join its large, dynamic business.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be reporting to the General Manager. Your job responsibilities will be:

• Business Development and Community Relations
• Academic Management
• Operations Management
• Team Management
• Development Plans for the School

What you'll need to succeed

• English & Bahasa Malaysia (Fluent), Mandarin an added advantage
• 7-10 years of overall experience in Education Industry
• Complete knowledge of KSSR and IGCSE syllabus in secondary schools
• Knowledge of Academic practices & Procedural Manual (APPM) and School Operations Manual (SOM) or SOPs as may be in operation at the time.
• Knowledge of child learning methodologies, curriculum development and implementation.
• School improvement practices and staff development techniques
