Job Description
- To delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
- To handle clerical duties such as data entry and coordinate general administration within the faculty.
- Organize faculty documents into updated filing systems.
- Provide general support to faculty as required.
- Prepare and disseminate materials to assist faculty and departments in the development of effective.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in administration may be preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in related positions
- Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
- Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
- Strong communication skills
